POST 4: TIME TRAVEL TO THE PAST OR FUTURE

Hello

Today I going to talk about time travel. Where i will go? 

The truth is that I had a hard time answering this question, I didn't know whether to decide for the past or the future. The future held my attention, to see what will happen to humanity and societies but I think I would feel a little more adrift. Then I thougth in the past but, at what point would I go? I wasn't really looking forward to going to a time where there was a lot going on, I'd like something more quiet and new. 

It ocurred to me to go to China, obviously I would learn Chinese during the time travel so when I arrive china I know the lenguaje. I would like to go back 4000 years, or so to the time when noodles were created. I would go to a house in the most rural areas of China to harvest vegetables, make noodles and eat. I would be very happy to see the whole process of creating such an exquisite food as noodles. I would love to learn the traditional way of making them and how to eat them. I would also enjoy too much the beautiful scenery of China, the cultivate fields, its mountains and skies.

I don't know if I would like to stay there, although I would have to assess it when I am there. I would stay for a time, maybe a few years, but I would still like to go back to my time, I would miss the customs, my family and my friends. I would like to come back with all that knowledge and be able to apply it to eat delicious noodles. 

POST 3: MY DREAM JOB

Hello, today we will talk about my dream job.

It is difficult for me to talk about this topic because as you know I have just started studying and I am still not so clear about where I want to go. 

I'm in my second year in the dance career, which I love because I have always enjoyed the movement. Since I was very little I have been a hyperactive person, so dance has helped me to canalize all that energy and transform it into something that heals me.  

Cia Contemporanea Quilicura

Anyway, I have been part of a dance company in my community "Cia Municipal de Danza Contemporánea de Quilicura" for 5 years, where I have learned much of what I know and it has also become a work space. It is the closest experience I have had to work in something related to my career, because in some functions I was also paid as a performer. It's not a professional company and it's not a company with a salary, only sometimes paid opportunities come up. I think my dream job would be to be part of a company where a stable salary is paid, to be able to live from dance. It's an intense job, because it requires a lot of compromise, you have to take care of your body to be able to perform the necessary hours of rehearsal. I would love to be paid only for dancing, to go on international or national tours, expand my knowledge and interact with great figures of dance. Where the salary is equitable and my work is valued as much as anyone else's is valued.

It is difficult to imagine it, in Chile there is only BANCH but the truth is that I don't like the artistic line they have and I don't agree with the way they work. But that's another issue.....

POST 2: BEST CONVERT EVER

Hello 

Today I will write about a subject that I really like, the best concert I've ever been to. It is the one of The Drums in March 2022 for the 10 years anniversary of their album "Portamento". It was held at the Coliseo Theater. 

I waited a long time for them to release a date for Chile and as soon as they came out I bought it. I went with my brother who is also a fan of the band. 

The Drums is an alternative rock band, their vocalist is called Jonny and I am deeply in love with him. I've liked their music for many years, it's the first band I've been a real fan of.

We arrived a few hours early and were able to get a front row seat. The place was very full, all the people were singing and dancing. We had Jonny in front of us at the same height, it was one of the best experiences in my life, I got hoarse from singing so much. All the people were having a great time, I was having a great time, they played my favorite song of theirs "Book Of Revelation" and I enjoyed it very much. At the end of the concert I bought a t-shirt of theirs that I keep and use with great honor.

Which country I like to visit

Hello

Today I am writing about the country I would like to visit, which is Germany. Germany is a country in Western Europe, its capital is Berlin and its language is German. The weather in Germany is mild but it rains often. I would like to go to Berlin, I think it is an interesting city. The architecture of the city is beautiful, its big avenues, big museums and buildings. I would also like to try their beers and all their desserts. I would like to visit it to get to know other countries and to look for work and life opportunities. I also have a relative who lives there and he is also a dancer. So I would have someone to guide me in the country. Dance has a very exploratory space and that attracts me a lot of attention, to expand my knowledge of dance, to meet other bodies in movement and learn from them. It would enrich my movement and my knowledge.
